The Xushen cylindrical cladding welding machine is designed for industrial manufacturing and remanufacturing applications where high requirements are placed on the quality and consistency of external cylindrical cladding. The equipment is dedicated to the automated cladding and restoration of cylindrical rotating workpieces, with stable bead formation as its core objective. Long-Shaft Welding Rotator | Xushen Welding

Long shafts, industrial rollers, and extended tubular workpieces require stable support and highly accurate rotation during welding and machining. The Long-Shaft Welding Rotator provided by Xushen Welding is engineered specifically for these applications, ensuring precise concentricity, smooth rotation, and reliable load-bearing performance. It has become a core component in many automated welding and processing lines. The rotator features a reinforced steel base and dual-row roller configuration, allowing it to maintain excellent axial balance even during long-term continuous operation. Roller materials can be customized—polyurethane-coated rollers, steel rollers, or wear-resistant composite rollers—based on the surface hardness and weight of the workpiece. The system supports motorized drive, inverter speed control, and integration with welding manipulators, positioners, and automatic welding systems, forming a complete automated production unit. In this project, the long-shaft rotator was used in one of our customer’s large industrial roller welding applications. The workpiece exceeded 6 meters in length and weighed several tons.
