Continuous Inner Bore Cladding of Long Pipes
In the inner bore cladding of long pipe workpieces, extended welding distances, confined spaces, and continuous operating conditions place higher demands on welding stability and weld layer consistency. Especially for inner bore cladding of pipes with lengths of 6 meters and above, conventional equipment often faces challenges in arc stability, wire feeding uniformity, and weld bead formation. To address these typical application requirements, this hot wire TIG dual-tungsten electrode cladding equipment is structurally and technologically designed for long-distance, continuous inner bore cladding operations, with a focus on improving welding stability in long pipe applications.
