Improving Welding Efficiency for Large Workpieces

In this project, Xushen Welding provided a comprehensive welding solution to improve operational efficiency in the production of large metal workpieces. The project focused on addressing challenges related to workflow organization, process continuity, and equipment stability during welding operations.

During the early stage of the project, the engineering team conducted a detailed assessment of the customer’s production environment. Factors such as workpiece dimensions, weld seam distribution, and existing welding procedures were carefully analyzed.
