The Xushen 6×4 Welding Manipulator is designed to improve the efficiency and precision of automated welding for large workpieces. Featuring a column-and-boom structure with a 6 m vertical travel and 4 m horizontal boom travel, it provides an extensive working range for longitudinal, circumferential, internal, and external welding applications. Built with a high-strength steel frame, the manipulator offers excellent rigidity and operational stability. Both the boom lifting and extension systems are equipped with variable frequency drive (VFD) control for smooth movement and accurate positioning. The system can be integrated with welding rotators, welding positioners, and SAW, MIG/MAG, or TIG welding power sources to create a complete automated welding solution. Designed for maximum flexibility, the welding manipulator is available in both stationary and rail-traveling configurations. Optional features include a flux recovery system, Automatic Arc Voltage Control (AVC), laser seam tracking, industrial camera monitoring, PLC automatic control, and wireless remote control, allowing the system to be tailored to different production requirements. This 20-ton lifting welding rotator features an integral lifting design.
