Coordinated Application of Cantilever Welding Platform and Hydraulic Welding Rotators

In the Zhuhai project, the cantilever welding platform and hydraulic welding rotators are mainly used for welding large cylindrical and pressure vessel workpieces, with a system configuration focused on improving welding stability and continuity. The hydraulic welding rotators serve as the supporting and driving unit during operation. By ensuring smooth rotation of the workpiece, the weld seam remains in an optimal welding position throughout the process. This effectively reduces welding fluctuations caused by changes in workpiece position and minimizes the need for frequent manual adjustments. The hydraulic adjustment structure provides strong adaptability, allowing the system to handle workpieces of different diameters and weights, making it suitable for multi-specification production. The cantilever welding platform focuses on improving operational coverage and flexibility. Through horizontal extension and vertical adjustment, the welding head can move steadily and be positioned accurately over a larger working range. It is especially suitable for long seam and continuous welding operations, helping improve overall process control. Combined Application of Welding Positioner and Hydraulic Rotator

In this project, Xushen Welding provided a combined solution using a welding positioner and a hydraulic rotator to meet the customer’s requirements in welding medium and large structural components. The solution was mainly applied to cylindrical and irregular workpieces, where large dimensions, variable weld positions, and frequent adjustments of welding orientation posed significant challenges. During the initial stage, the engineering team conducted a detailed analysis of the workpiece structure, weld seam distribution, and welding process requirements. Based on this evaluation, a coordinated system integrating a welding positioner and a hydraulic rotator was developed to allow smooth and controlled adjustment of workpiece orientation across multiple angles. In practical operation, the welding positioner was used to tilt and rotate the workpiece, ensuring that key weld seams could be positioned in optimal welding orientations. Meanwhile, the hydraulic rotator provided stable rotational support for cylindrical components, enabling continuous and smooth welding operations. Twin-Wire Submerged Arc Welding Manipulator | Longitudinal Welding of Large Cylindrical Shells

In the manufacturing of storage tanks, pressure vessels, and large steel structures, longitudinal welding of cylindrical shells often involves long weld seams, thick plates, and high efficiency requirements. To meet the needs of heavy equipment manufacturers for automated welding, Xushen provides a twin-wire submerged arc welding manipulator system designed for stable automatic welding of longitudinal seams on large cylindrical shells. With a high-rigidity mechanical structure and coordinated control system, the equipment ensures stable welding operation while improving welding efficiency and weld consistency. The system is built around a heavy-duty welding column and boom manipulator combined with a twin-wire submerged arc welding process. It enables stable movement of the welding torch in vertical, horizontal, and longitudinal directions. Improving Welding Efficiency for Large Workpieces

In this project, Xushen Welding provided a comprehensive welding solution to improve operational efficiency in the production of large metal workpieces. The project focused on addressing challenges related to workflow organization, process continuity, and equipment stability during welding operations. During the early stage of the project, the engineering team conducted a detailed assessment of the customer’s production environment. Factors such as workpiece dimensions, weld seam distribution, and existing welding procedures were carefully analyzed.
