In this project, Xushen Welding provided a combined solution using a welding positioner and a hydraulic rotator to meet the customer’s requirements in welding medium and large structural components. The solution was mainly applied to cylindrical and irregular workpieces, where large dimensions, variable weld positions, and frequent adjustments of welding orientation posed significant challenges. During the initial stage, the engineering team conducted a detailed analysis of the workpiece structure, weld seam distribution, and welding process requirements. Based on this evaluation, a coordinated system integrating a welding positioner and a hydraulic rotator was developed to allow smooth and controlled adjustment of workpiece orientation across multiple angles.
