Recently, a customized Box Welding Machine from our company completed factory acceptance and officially set off for Russia. This equipment will serve the box beam welding project of a local large-scale heavy industry enterprise, specifically tackling the challenges of submerged arc welding for stiffener longitudinal welds and vertical weld welding. It is another benchmark equipment customized by Xushen Welding for the Russian market demand, demonstrating the strong strength of “Made in China”.
Aiming at the pain points in box beam welding, such as high precision requirements for stiffener welds and high difficulty in vertical weld operation, the Xushen team has tailored an exclusive solution. The equipment is equipped with a welding gantry and a high-precision submerged arc welding system, with a longitudinal weld welding speed of 0.8-1.5m/min, and the weld bead is uniform and beautiful in shape. It is equipped with a liftable welding head, covering a vertical weld welding range of 0.5-3m. Combined with visual tracking technology, the weld positioning accuracy reaches ±0.08mm.
Considering the low-temperature environment in Russia, the equipment has optimized the electrical control system and hydraulic components, and can still operate stably at a low temperature of -25℃. To ensure rapid commissioning, Xushen not only provides Russian operation training and maintenance manuals, but also established a Russian-speaking technical service team to provide 7×24-hour remote support.
From program communication to equipment delivery, the Xushen team has maintained efficient linkage with Russian customers, verifying the welding effect through 3D simulation demonstrations and winning high recognition from customers.
