Pipe Welding Rotator, More Flexible Adjustment

This pipe welding rotator is suitable for circumferential welding of round pipes, cylinders, pressure vessels and storage tanks. It is widely applied in pipeline manufacturing, pressure vessel processing, steel structure and engineering machinery industries. Compatible with SAW, MIG/MAG, TIG and other welding processes, it supports both mass production of standard workpieces and customized welding of non-standard cylindrical parts, realizing efficient processing of various specifications.

Equipped with a vertical lifting pressing structure, top pressing roller, handwheel-adjustable driving rollers and movable lifting idle brackets, the machine can quickly adapt to workpieces of different diameters. Adopting three sets of wear-resistant rubber-coated driving rollers with a load capacity of 5 tons, matched with a variable frequency speed regulation system, it ensures stable and accurate workpiece rotation. The machine supports both local cabinet operation and wireless remote control, with built-in overload, overheat and phase loss protection functions to ensure long-term stable operation.

The top pressing mechanism firmly holds the workpiece during welding, effectively preventing slipping, tilting and axial movement, and maintains horizontal rotation to greatly improve weld forming quality and welding accuracy. Complete lubrication points are reserved for easy daily maintenance. All equipment passes no-load and load testing before delivery and is packed in export-standard wooden crates. It effectively reduces labor input and improves welding efficiency, providing reliable and continuous production capacity for workshops.
