Precise Height Adjustment for Efficient Welding

During the fabrication of pressure vessels, storage tanks, pipelines, and other large cylindrical workpieces, different workpiece sizes often require different welding center heights. This 20-ton lifting welding rotator features an integral lifting design. Through the coordinated operation of the guiding mechanism and screw lifting system, the platform can be raised and lowered smoothly, providing reliable support for heavy-duty workpieces. Even under high-load conditions, the system maintains excellent stability, minimizing tilting and vibration while meeting the positioning requirements of fit-up and welding operations.

The equipment is equipped with four screw lifting mechanisms mounted at the base and driven centrally by a motor and gearbox, ensuring synchronized platform lifting. Operators can conveniently adjust the roller center height to suit the workpiece diameter and welding requirements, enabling quick alignment with welding manipulators and automatic welding systems. For workpieces of varying sizes, height adjustment can be completed without frequent tooling changes, significantly reducing setup time and improving production efficiency. The rollers are coated with polyurethane, providing sufficient friction while effectively protecting the workpiece surface from scratches and indentations.
