The rotator features a reinforced steel base and dual-row roller configuration, allowing it to maintain excellent axial balance even during long-term continuous operation. Roller materials can be customized—polyurethane-coated rollers, steel rollers, or wear-resistant composite rollers—based on the surface hardness and weight of the workpiece. The system supports motorized drive, inverter speed control, and integration with welding manipulators, positioners, and automatic welding systems, forming a complete automated production unit.

In this project, the long-shaft rotator was used in one of our customer’s large industrial roller welding applications. The workpiece exceeded 6 meters in length and weighed several tons. Through synchronized dual-rotator operation and precise speed control, the system significantly reduced runout, enhanced welding stability, and improved overall machining accuracy. Positive feedback was received from the customer after commissioning.
