The system’s Automatic Deviation Compensation System continuously monitors the workpiece’s axial displacement through high-precision position sensors. When any drift tendency is detected, the built-in dual servo lifting adjustment mechanism instantly performs reverse correction, ensuring the workpiece remains aligned with the preset weld path. When the deviation reaches the warning threshold, the system automatically activates audio-visual alarms, prompting operator attention to prevent weld misalignment or defects.

In terms of control, the rotator features a frequency-conversion speed control system and a 7-inch touch interface that clearly displays parameters such as speed, direction, and deviation in real time. The standard wireless remote controller supports up to 50 meters of operating distance, providing flexible control for various production environments. All core electrical components are sourced from internationally recognized brands, ensuring high protection standards and reliable 24-hour continuous operation.
