High-Precision TIG Cladding System — Creating Superior Weld Layers

The high-precision vertical hot-wire TIG cladding system, developed by Zhengzhou Xushen Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., is specifically designed for cladding processes on pipe interiors, flange faces, disc surfaces, and valve components. The equipment combines a servo-driven welding manipulator with a servo rotary worktable, integrating a hot-wire TIG power source, digital wire feeder, vertical water-cooled welding torch, arc voltage automatic tracking system (AVC), and oscillating welding torch system (OSC). Through digital linkage and one-touch automatic control, the system ensures precise control and efficient operation throughout the welding process.
