The rotator features a heavy-duty welded steel frame designed to provide excellent rigidity and long-term stability under heavy loads. The hydraulic tilting system allows the entire rotator to tilt smoothly within a preset angle range, enabling the workpiece to be positioned in an optimal welding orientation. This function significantly improves weld accessibility and enhances welding process stability compared to conventional fixed rotators.

The rollers are coated with high wear-resistant material and precisely aligned to ensure stable rotation under high load conditions. During operation, the workpiece rotates smoothly with minimal vibration or axial deviation. The drive system is equipped with frequency-controlled speed regulation, allowing continuous adjustment of rotation speed to meet different welding process requirements, including low-speed and steady rotation.
